As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he brings a rigorous, analytical approach to the complexities of legal advocacy.
With over 20 years of experience navigating the U.S. immigration system, Mr. Pene offers clients an unparalleled perspective rooted in both professional mastery and personal experience. His own journey through the U.S. immigration system began over 20 years ago with the F-1 academic status, Optional Practical Training (OPT), L-1B intra-company transfer, H-1B visa classifications, Green Card application and culminated in his naturalization as a U.S. citizen. This first-hand path provides him with a profound, nuanced understanding of the legal and emotional milestones his clients face.
Prior to founding PENELAW, Mr. Pene cultivated a reputation for meticulous detail and strategic excellence while serving in key roles for the U.S. Government and prestigious multinational corporations, including Deloitte. His corporate and governmental background equip him with the sophisticated insight necessary to manage even the most intricate immigration matters.
